Class: SLow Yoga Flow
Description: This 50 minute beginner to intermediate yoga practice links breath to movement through a series of postures focused on cultivating breath, strength, endurance, and flexiblity. Please arrive to class 15-30 minutes early.

Class: Hot Power yoga Flow
Description: This 75 minute yoga class focuses on strength training, mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness. It can help with eight loss, improve sleep, and boost energy levels. The combination of breath and dynamic movement can also help calm the nervous system and reduce stress levels. The room is heated to 100 degrees, music is played. All levels welcome, modifications offered when needed. Please arrive to class 15-30 minutes early.

Yoga Mat
Water Bottle
Yoga Blocks/ Bolsters (for modifications & assists)
Optional: Change of clothes for hot yoga classes or if you’re more prone to sweat. Showers available for use.
